We decided to open Combe Down Nursery when all the places at Alice Park Nursery were snapped up within a few weeks of opening and we had to start a waiting list. It was clear that many more parents in Bath wanted a similar environment for their children, so we started searching for the right building in the south of the city.

We found it in the heart of Combe Down’s lovely village. The interior of our beautiful new nursery has been carved out of the much-loved old telephone exchange and we’ve had it purpose-designed to suit the needs of babies and young children; the exterior has a lovely big garden at the back for our small customers to play in.

Needless to say, the nursery is perfectly placed for walks into the village, to the park or for a spot of mine-watching, which the children find exceptionally exciting!

In short, it’s the perfect place to leave children busy enjoying themselves while you’re busy at work.
