Our owner, Jacqui Watson, is the hands-on manager of Combe Down, Alice Park and Guinea Lane Nurseries, dividing her time between them with the support of excellent full-time deputy managers. But we’re certainly not part of a big corporate chain and so offering the best possible childcare is our priority, not profit-making for head office.
We have a fantastic team of experienced staff at Combe Down Nursery and After School Club; they’re all fully qualified playworkers with a minimum NNEB or relevant NVQ level 3 qualification. More importantly, all of us love looking after young children and are dedicated to making their days as happy and fulfilling as we can. We honestly prefer to spend our time interacting with them, rather than chatting with one another!
If you’d like an informal discussion about Combe Down Nursery and your child’s needs, please call or email us to arrange a visit. You are welcome to bring your child (or children!) to make sure they like it here too - we’ll be happy to look after them while we show you round.
